Provide management and leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management.

Conduct periodic staff performance evaluations. 

Provide assistance in the development of best practices, workplace standards, and relevant group policies and procedures.

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that staff and service providers are adhering to performance standards. 

Responsible for the financial management of the property, working with Master  Management, property accountant, and property teams.

Contribute to the ongoing improvement of policies and procedures, leading to continuous improvement in management and tenant service quality.
